If cooking with a star master chef what gets your salivary glands going, now you can. Trump International Hotel & Tower New York has announced its new Jean Georges Culinary Master Course with Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his executive pastry chef, Top Chef Just Desserts judge Johnny Iuzzini.
This is a Trump and Jean Georges weekend designed for two people who who want to share the culinary experience of a lifetime. The highlight of the Jean Georges Culinary Master Course is a private, one-hour cooking demonstration by Vongerichten in the kitchen of his namesake restaurant. In addition, you can choose to get insider tips on how Jean Georges created his New York empire- Jean Georges (French), Matsugen (Japanese), JoJo (Mediterranean), ABC Kitchen (organic and local), Spice Market (Asian) or Perry Street (New American).
No cooking class is enough without a finishing piece de la resistance- so it also includes an hour of hands-on pastry-making class with Iuzzini. This course is not a one desert wonder, but instead you will learn the building blocks of creating a variety of magical cakes, tuiles, ice creams, sorbets and granités.
