As of February 2005, Exclusive Resorts has 169 active residences in 31 destinations, and constantly growing to meet its 1,000 plus membership. There are an additional 126 residences in development, with expansion begun into 6 entirely new destinations, with each property worth a minimum of $2 million US . Cities like New York , Paris , London , and ski resorts throughout Colorado , Utah , Whistler and France , beach resorts with access to the amenities of the finest hotel resorts in the world in Costa Rica , Mexico , Europe and the United States and Canada await you. St Tropez and Fiji are in the works. Most importantly, with a ratio of 6 members per residence, you know chances are excellent that you will be able to have the residence of your dreams, and the $385,000 is 80% refundable while the 30 day dues are $15,000 and 60 days are $25,000. |
Affiliate Membership
This is a perfect opportunity for people with limited vacation time, or who own a second home, but wish to also vacation in other destinations, possibly at other times of the year. You can divide it up as you choose, 15 perfect vacation days a year at any Exclusive Resorts residence. There are a limited number of memberships priced at $185,000 (80% which is refundable upon resignation) with Annual Dues of only $9,500.
Family Share Plan
Do your family plans include one or two holiday vacation get-togethers, and then separate vacations that reflect each your individual family interests? The varied locations and sizes of Exclusive Resorts offer 2 to 5 bedrooms, but one of the club members might not always be accompanying. This brand new more flexible plan takes in to consideration that a member might want to allow access by siblings, parents and adult children. This might be a perfect option for you! The Family Share plan has a Membership Deposit of $375,000 (with 80% refundable) like the original full membership. The 45 days of use at $30,000 should keep everyone in the family happy. You will be happy to know that many properties have a Young Adventurers Club Program to keep everyone happy and entertained! |
